How to book
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept visa, mastercard, paypal, cheque, direct deposit and cash.
50% deposit is required to initiate the process. The remaining balance is payable once you have agreed on a suitable candidate. A 5% discount on agency fees is applicable if you pay the entire amount up-front.
We're not happy unless you are happy. Even with a thorough screening and interview process, it's not always possible to tell if your candidate is compatible with your family until they actually start living with you. The last thing we want is for you to feel uncomfortable with the person taking care of your children. If you realise that it's not working out how you had hoped, we ask you to contact us immediately so we can find you another candidate, free of charge. This is applicable for the first three months for as many candidate replacements as it takes.
While we will always strive to give you excellent service, if we have been unable to find a suitable candidate for you within an appropriate period of time, we will happily give you a 100% refund.
